Congratulations to Jelle, Lasse, Line, Mikkel, Pia and Susanne!

We are lucky! We have many Nordea colleagues who make exemplary efforts for the benefit of the workplace environment. This year, Finansforbundet in Nordea has received 50% more nominations for the Skulderklap Prize! All have been celebrated locally. Every year, Finansforbundet in Nordea awards the Skulderklappet Prize to colleagues who have done something special. This year we received exactly 100 nominations – that's an increase of more than 50% compared to the previous year! This shows that many colleagues do an extra effort to make a difference.

Congratulations to all the nominees, who have been celebrated locally with breakfast, surprises and the like.

The many nominations have made it extra difficult to choose the six winners, who in January will each receive a grant of DKK 5,000 from Finansforbundet in Nordea’s Foundation Fund.

Congratulations to the 6 winners:

  • Jelle Feike Oenema, Personal Banking Silkeborg
  • Lasse Bækvad-Hansen, Personal Banking Glostrup
  • Line Faaborg, FTR, Personal Banking Sønderborg
  • Mikkel Ryskjær, TM Investigations DK
  • Pia Vincents Molander, CBP Task Force
  • Susanne Elling Nedergaard, P&CS Special Support

Here is a excerpt of the reasons why the six winners deserved to win the Skulderklappet Prize:

"He is a fantastic person who always thinks of others before himself. He contributes enormously to the good atmosphere in the team and can also tolerate being the center of good-natured banter."

"He is the department's event manager, who always volunteers to be in charge of social events. He always has good ideas and likes to come in on Thursday evenings to set up sound and disco equipment in the department before a Friday party and also shows up on his weekend afterwards to clean up the department after the party. A more committed colleague doesn’t exist”

"No matter how busy she is herself, she always has energy to help the rest of us. She always takes the lead and helps to ensure that we also get to talk about the difficult things that can fill our everyday lives. She contributes to well-being and values it highly in everyday life. Thanks for being you"

"He is an exceptionally good colleague who shows that professional competence and social intelligence are found in one and the same person. This summer he laid out an allotment garden for a summer party for the department's 80 colleagues. If you are lucky enough to get a seat next to him, there is good energy throughout the day. He is the type of person we need more of in the world.”

"Regardless of who she collaborates with, she always manages to put herself in her colleague's place, be present and constructive. She possesses an enormous will to succeed - and is always ready with support and sparring to ensure that the team reaches the goal"

"How do you encapsulate the perfect colleague in one word? You cannot do that. A good colleague shows respect, can be trusted and takes responsibility for solving tasks together. He or she spreads good cheer, helps her or his colleagues and takes responsibility for finding solutions to problems. We have such a colleague here with us"

The six winners of the Skulderklap Prize can look forward to a little extra pampering. On 12 January - at Finansforbundet in Nordea's 32nd birthday - they are invited to a small treat with Finansforbundet in Nordea at Metro, and afterwards the winners are celebrated with a wonderful lunch in Tårnet at Christiansborg.
